چکیده

Introduction: Previous studies have proven that secretory materials of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) (secretome) remedial properties. Objectives: The main goal this study was to evaluate the effects secretome adipose-derived MSCs on growth and apoptosis in anaplastic thyroid carcinoma (ATC) C-643 cells. Materials Methods: Initially, were exposed 25 50 μg/mL (ADSCs) for 24 48 hours, proliferation cytotoxicity cells, MTT [3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide] test colony assay conducted. Acridine orange/ethidium bromide (AO/EB) staining conducted apoptosis. expression level apoptosis-associated genes determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique. Results: Cell viability numbers groups significantly lower than control group. amount apoptosis-related (Bax/Bcl-2, P53, caspase-3 caspase-8) secretome-treated more Conclusion: data revealed ADSCs caused significant reduction cell induced

Spermatogenesis after transplantation of adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells in busulfan-induced azoospermic hamster

Objective(s): Adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells (AT-MSCs) with more potent immunomodulatory effects, greater proliferative potential and secretion of growth factors and cytokines in comparison with bone marrow derived MSCs are more appropriate for cell therapy. The aims of the present study were to evaluate the histomorphometric effect of AT-MSCs allotransplantation on regeneration ...

Apoptosis of Rat Adipose-Derived Stem Cells during Transdifferentiation to Schwann-Like Cell

Background: Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) are a population of pluripotent cells used for tissue engineering purposes. The main purpose of the present study was to transdifferentiate the ADSCs to Schwann-like cells and to determine the intensity of apoptosis in ADSCs during the transdifferentiation process. Methods: ADSCs were isolated from the inguinal adipose tissue of adult rats and the ...

Adipose-Derived Stem Cells, their Secretome, and Wound Healing

Adipose tissue is an abundant source of progenitor cells with multidifferentiation potential and these cells, termed adipose-derived stem cells (ASC), have become an important proposed treatment for use in wound healing. The ability of these cells to increase angiogenesis (vessels arise from other vessels) and vasculogenesis (vessels arise from progenitor cells), produce growth factors and cyto...

Extract of mouse embryonic stem cells induces the expression of pluripotency genes in human adipose tissue-derived stem cells

Objective(s): In some previous studies, the extract of embryonic carcinoma cells (ECCs) and embryonic stem cells (ESCs) have been used to reprogram somatic cells to more dedifferentiated state. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of mouse ESCs extract on the expression of some pluripotency markers in human adipose tissue-derived stem cells (ADSCs). Materials and Methods: Human A...

Human Adipose-Derived Stem/Stromal Cells from Children or Adults?

Discovering a cell type with the highest efficiency and the least side-effects is one of the priorities of scientists active in this field. Of all the cells, mesenchymal stem cells have been and still are of interest to the researchers for use in pre-clinical and clinical studies due to being easily accessible, pluripotency, secretion of numerous growth factors, low risk of immunological reject...
